All prices are inclusive of 19% VAT which will be deducted for any orders from outside the EU.

ORIGIN AND AUTHENTICITY:
We are official representative of all our offered brands. The watches we offer are of course exclusively new original goods without previous owners.

CONTENTS:
All deliveries include, in addition to the watch, all protective foils available from the factory, all associated straps and, of course, the other original scope of delivery such as box, warranty card or certificate, multilingual instruction manual, etc.

SHIPPING:
Worldwide express delivery.
We ship insured, via DHL, DHL Express or FedEx.
Delivery within Germany and EU is free of charge.
You will receive the tracking number from us and regular updates on the status of your shipment. Of course, our goods are professionally packed according to current safety standards.

WARRANTY:
All watches have the international manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery. In the event of a possible warranty claim or other issues regarding the watch you purchased, we will of course handle communication with the manufacturer for you as part of our service.

RETURNS:
If you are not satisfied with a watch we have delivered, you have the option to cancel your purchase within a period of 14 days from the date of delivery and return the watch to us.
