Trust is the most important asset in every relationship. If you are already one of our regular customers, you have already placed your trust in us and have certainly not been disappointed.

If you haven't ordered from us yet, we encourage you to check us out in advance. The best sources for this are:

Why aren't we on one of the mainstream review portals? Because we don't want to buy a seal of approval and a "service" that isn't forgery-proof and therefore offers no benefits to our customers or ourselves. We draw the majority of the reviews on our site from Chrono24 and some from direct email feedback from our customers.

  • We are the official representative of all our brands. The watches, straps, and accessories we offer are, of course, exclusively new, original, and unowned (except for CF Outlet).
  • Most brands list their authorized dealers on their brand websites. You'll find us listed as an official dealer for all brands.
  • In addition to the watch, all deliveries include all factory-installed protective films, all corresponding straps, and of course the other original items such as the box, warranty card or certificate, instruction manual, etc., i.e. always the so-called "full set," as if you were buying directly from the manufacturer.
  • Some manufacturers ship their watches to us without the box. In some cases, an additional protective film is used for protection during transport. We remove this film before shipping to enhance the quality of the watch.
  • Warranty documents are completed by us before shipping and marked with the date of shipment.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship all shipments from our warehouse near Rosenheim in Bavaria.

  • Shipping within Germany and the EU includes all taxes and fees. This means there are no import duties, import taxes, or import fees.
  • We don't offer "dropshipping," meaning you receive the watches from the manufacturer rather than from us. This means you won't suddenly be faced with import costs.

Within Germany:

  • Shipping within Germany is free. Additional paid options can be added.
  • You will automatically receive shipment information from us with a link to track your shipment (exception: For shipments via large letter with a shopping cart value of less than €100, you will receive a notification that the package has been shipped. Tracking is not possible in this case).

Within the EU:

  • Shipping to other EU countries is free for orders over €700. Additional paid options can be added.
  • You will automatically receive the shipment information from us with a link to track your shipment

To Switzerland:

  • Shipping to Switzerland is free for orders over €1,000. Additional paid options can be added.
  • The buyer is responsible for any import fees and other costs that may arise during importation.
  • You will automatically receive the shipment information from us with a link to track your shipment

To the USA, Great Britain and Norway:

  • Shipping to the USA, Great Britain and Norway is free for orders over €1,200.
  • The buyer is responsible for any import fees and other costs that may arise during importation.
  • You will automatically receive the shipment information from us with a link to track your shipment
  • All shipments are insured through our external service provider.
  • We use DHL or DHL Express as our shipping service provider.
  • For orders with a shopping cart value of less than 100€, we ship within Germany by Warenpost or Großbrief (Deutsche Post).
  • At the customer's request, we ship within Germany and Austria with the securities service provider Intex.
  • The delivery address specified by the seller in the order is decisive for the processing.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered by post to the delivery address specified by the customer.
  • You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, you as the customer are responsible for return shipping.
  • After inspecting the item—it must be unworn and show no signs of wear—you will receive a refund within 14 days. We will use the same payment method you used for the purchase.

ORDER & PAYMENT

  • Prepayment / Bank Transfer: You will receive your order details and Chronofactum's bank details immediately after placing your order. Please note that your order will not be processed until our account has been confirmed for payment.

WARRANTY & SERVICE

  • All watches come with an international manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery.
  • The international manufacturer's warranty is typically two years from the date of delivery. Some brands (e.g., Formex) offer a three-year manufacturer's warranty.
  • In the event of a warranty claim, we will cover shipping to us, the manufacturer, or the service center, as well as shipping back to you.
  • We will of course also handle communication with the manufacturer for you as part of our service.
  • In the event of a service issue after the warranty period has expired, we, as your dealer, will be happy to remain your first point of contact and handle communication with the manufacturer. We are also happy to assist you with shipping or any other queries.

We inspect all watches for visible defects before shipping. Of course, it's still possible that defects are overlooked or discovered during shipping. Should you notice a defect in your watch, please notify us immediately upon receipt so that we can take immediate action in your best interests.
