The platform for microbrands and exceptional manufacturers.

We bring together new and established microbrands, small manufacturers, specialists and individualists, local businesses and independent design studios.

Inspired by the unique watches of individual manufacturers and the creativity of microbrands, we founded Chronofactum in 2019 with the goal of providing a platform for these exceptional brands and bringing them closer to you. With Chronofactum, we want to offer you a personal and accessible shop that reflects our vision of a great online shopping experience: visually appealing, well-stocked, with exciting brands and continuously updated content. And with one or two features you might not find anywhere else.

Who is Chronofactum?

We are the shop for all watch enthusiasts looking for something new; for brands that aren't found on every corner, and for watches that tell stories: of old brands that were forgotten and are now being rediscovered; of small manufacturers that have managed to remain independent despite all the challenges of history; and of young, up-and-coming microbrands with enthusiastic founders who are breaking with the mold.

We're delighted to be able to broadcast our enthusiasm around the world and share it with our customers. And it's the greatest validation for us that this enthusiasm is coming back to us in the many positive responses, for example, on Chrono 24.

We're sending something special, and we want our customers to feel the same way. Anyone who has already ordered from us knows what that means. And we're proud to have grown into what is arguably the largest retailer specializing in microbrands in Germany and beyond.

General information

We are a registered dealer on Chrono24. All prices include 19% VAT.

We are the official representative of all our brands. The watches, straps, and accessories we offer are, of course, exclusively new, original, and unowned (except for CF Outlet).
Most brands list their authorized dealers on their brand websites. You'll find us listed as an official dealer for all brands.

In addition to the watch, all deliveries include all factory-installed protective films, all corresponding straps, and of course the other original items such as the box, warranty card or certificate, multilingual instruction manual, etc., i.e. always the so-called "full set," as if you were buying directly from the manufacturer.
Some manufacturers ship their watches to us without the box. In some cases, an additional protective film is used for protection during transport. We remove this film before shipping to enhance the quality of the watch.
Warranty documents are completed by us before shipping and marked with the date of shipment.

Worldwide express delivery. We ship insured via DHL, DHL Express, or Intex. Delivery within Germany and the EU is free. Deliveries of goods with a value of less than €100 are sent insured by mail. You will receive a tracking number from us for regular updates on the status of your delivery. Our goods are, of course, professionally packaged according to current safety standards.

All watches come with an international manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery.
The international manufacturer's warranty is typically two years from the date of delivery. Some brands (e.g., Formex) offer a three-year manufacturer's warranty.
In the event of a warranty claim, we will cover shipping to us, the manufacturer, or the service center, as well as shipping back to you.
We will of course also handle communication with the manufacturer for you as part of our service.
In the event of a service issue after the warranty period has expired, we, as your dealer, will be happy to remain your first point of contact and handle communication with the manufacturer. We are also happy to assist you with shipping or any other queries.

If you are not satisfied with a watch we have delivered, you have the option to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date and return the watch to us.
