Laco was not deterred by the destruction in Pforzheim from continuing to manufacture and sell watches. Thanks to successful reconstruction, production even increased in the following years. Whether hand-wound or automatic – watchmakers were convinced of the high quality of our movements. We were also able to build on the success of our pilot's watches with our chronometer.

Lacher & Co. – this company is the origin of our present-day watchmaking manufactory. Founded in 1925, the company, together with Durowe, rose over the years to become one of the leading watch manufacturers in Pforzheim. Even under the most difficult conditions, production continued during the Second World War: As one of five manufacturers, we produced reliable pilot's watches for the German Luftwaffe.

Pilot's watches are the embodiment of our success story. They were reintroduced to the market at the beginning of the new millennium, developing a distinctive character through features such as artful mechanical movements with Geneva stripes and blued screws. Numerous new models followed, capturing the look of bygone eras while meeting modern demands.
