HTD was founded as a small, independent company after Federico Del Guerra and Federico Zulian, two Italian designers, met during their studies. Their shared passion for watchmaking led them to explore the recurring idea of making a difference in the industry and bringing new life to the watchmaking industry in Italy.
The pieces are designed in Florence and assembled and maintained by the experts and best hands that the local artisan workshops have to offer. This means that quality control, which is HTD's top priority, remains directly on-site.
The dream is to usher in a new era of watchmaking in Italy, where companies will once again design and produce in our country. Currently, there's a lack of technical capacity in this area, but you have to start somewhere."
