Pforzheim – Germany

A passion for watches
in the third generation

Founded by the grandfather and now in its third generation under the leadership of his grandson Cornelius Huber, Circula is an owner-managed family business based in Pforzheim, one of the oldest centers of German watchmaking. Since 1955, the brand has been producing distinctive, precise, and reliable mechanical watches. Circula watches have always been robust timepieces, perfectly suited for a variety of adventures – on land, at sea, or in the air.

Quality born of tradition

Circula takes its historical responsibility for the production of high-quality functional watches very seriously. In over 70 years of continuous presence as a German watch manufacturer, the brand has built a network of production partners where quality and precision are paramount.

"Together, we see ourselves as one big family dedicated to the production of high-quality timepieces – reliable and precise."

The name CiRCULA is inspired by the circulating movements of the gears in a mechanical watch movement – a symbol of our passion for precise, functional timepieces. This enthusiasm has been an integral part of our identity for three generations.

Since 2019, Cornelius Huber has led the brand with great pride, preserving timeless design and quality principles while simultaneously guiding the brand forward into the future with foresight.

Circula was already established in 2019 Chronofactum has arrived and is therefore one of the brands with the longest membership in our microbrand universe.

The new Facet The Facet is Circula's most refined, highest-quality, and most technologically advanced automatic watch. For us, it represents a new level of craftsmanship and design. A modern go-anywhere, do-anything watch – the GADA – with an absolutely exceptional look. The intersecting linear surfaces not only give the Facet its unique appearance but also its name. The diverse facets of the hands, indices, case, and strap form the technical framework for the almost opulently detailed dial.

The clearly defined linear surfaces capture light in different ways, creating striking visual effects. The entire case design avoids curved surfaces, emphasizing its austere look. Only the side view reveals a subtle curve from one lug to the other, ensuring the Facet's exceptional wearing comfort. The crown prominently incorporates the stylized gear from the new brand logo.

The bezel, with its two overlapping conical surfaces and its sloping edge towards the case, creates an extraordinary three-dimensional effect. The harmonious lines of the case continue seamlessly to the integrated stainless steel bracelet. Complex geometric shapes capture the light and reflect it in a multitude of ways, constantly shifting and captivating depending on the viewing angle.
