1904

Founded in 1904 by Edmond Zuccolo and Joseph Rochet, ZRC® has consistently innovated, initially developing watch straps and bracelets, and later diving watches. In 1909, when the company was established in Geneva, it was registered as number 52 in the Geneva Commercial Register.
The company, specializing in chains for GUSSET watches (or pocket watches), created the first "claw" bracelets that allowed GUSSET watches to be worn on the wrist.

1917

In 1917, the company received the prestigious Prix de l'Industrie Nouvelle de Genève (Geneva Prize for New Industry) for developing the first extendable metal bracelet and became the world market leader in its manufacture.

1960 – 1995

As a specialist in lathes, the company was also commissioned by its customers to manufacture waterproof cases for diving watches. In 1958, during a chance conversation between Yves Pastre, a watchmaker in the Navy, and Mr. Bourdarian, the brand's then commercial director, the management learned of a tender from the French Marine.Mit With Louis Brunet at the helm, the company embarked on the ZRC Grands Fonds® adventure. And ZRC® equipped divers until 1995.

2015

2020

ZRC® has extensive expertise in stress studies related to the programmed deformation of materials, which enables the production of waterproof watches at very great depths (5100 m) without a helium valve or gel in the case: In addition, the thickness of the case is reduced, which increases the wearing comfort of the watch.
Sapphire crystal, steel and/or titanium cases, and ceramic do not react in the same way to pressure and temperature fluctuations. This recognized expertise allows the brand to offer reliable, simple, and efficient watches.

2021

Complete overhaul of the collection.

2021

Partnership with the GSPM (Prime Minister Security Group): A special edition limited to 25 pieces equips the members of this elite force.
